Slocan Snow Pea

Slocan Snow Peas were grown in the Slocan area, and most likely brought there by Japanese Internment Camp prisoners in the early 1940s.

This variety shows exceptional tolerance to higher heat, and produces well after most snow peas have stopped. They will even give you a second, smaller flush of fruit if allowed to stay up.

This is my absolute favourite snow pea. You can see the Seed Bank Wiki page here.

Harvested in 2023, germination tested 2024 with 100% germination rate.

Approx. 15 seeds per packet.
