Pepper ‘Aji Chinchi Amarillo’

Lovely heirloom from Peru, nice hot but fruity flavour. The small 2-3″ peppers ripen to a bright sunny yellow, not super spicy (less than a Serrano). I got so many of these I totally lost count, and they were really lovely when pickled giving the mixture a fuzzy peach flavour. I had a few ripen around the 83 day mark, but most started really coming in at 90 days. Did very well for me south side of the house in a 7 gal pot.
