Comments:

2017 Really more of a dark red/brown/mahogany than a black fruit. Sweet flavour, very meaty with tart skin. Some susceptibility to cracking in downpours. Very reliably produced for me, excellent production (by far my best in 2017). Fruit size can vary quite wildly, with some being a pear shape, and some being quite a wide pear shape. Larger core, good for preservation. 9 lbs/plant.
